Information we collect

• When you enquire or book: your name, email address, and any details you choose to share (travel dates, group size, interests, and your message).
• When you make a booking: booking details needed to run the tour. Payments are handled by our booking provider and their payment processor — we do not see or store your card details.
• Automatically: basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider processes to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange, confirm and deliver your tour.
• To contact you about your booking (for example, meeting details or changes).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business, and only as far as necessary:

• Booking & payments — our booking system (Bokun, a Tripadvisor company) and its payment processor.
• Email — our email delivery provider, used to send and receive enquiry messages.
• Hosting — our website host, which serves the site.
• If you booked through a marketplace (e.g. Tripadvisor/Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb, Booking.com), your booking is also governed by that platform's own privacy policy.

Cookies

Our own website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Where a third-party booking widget is embedded, that provider may set cookies necessary for its checkout to function; those are governed by the provider's policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
