Our tours

We provide private, guided tours and custom trips in Fukuoka and the wider Kyushu region. Tours are led by a local guide and tailored to your group. Itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted for weather, opening hours, transport or local conditions.

Booking & payment

• Prices are shown per tour and, unless stated otherwise, are per group or per person as indicated on the tour page.
• Bookings can be made through our booking system or by direct arrangement. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise. Card payments are handled securely by our booking provider's payment processor.
• Unless clearly stated as included, food and drink, transport, and admission or entrance fees are at your own expense.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are covered by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time; late arrivals may shorten the tour without a refund.
• Tell us in advance of any accessibility needs, allergies, dietary requirements or health conditions so we can plan appropriately.
• Follow your guide's reasonable instructions and respect local laws, customs and the sites you visit.
• You are responsible for your own belongings and for the supervision of any minors in your group.

Weather & circumstances beyond control

Some experiences depend on the weather or on third parties (for example, seasonal events). If a tour cannot go ahead safely or as planned due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a reschedule or a refund as set out in the Cancellation Policy.

Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our tours. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We strongly recommend that you hold valid travel insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Fukuoka.
